When is my bill due?
Utility bills are due on the 15th of each month. A late fee applies to payments received after the due date.
How do I start or transfer service?
Visit City Hall in person or call (870) 486-2000 to set up new service or transfer an existing account. A deposit may be required.
What do I do if I have a water leak?
For a leak on city-owned lines, call us immediately at (870) 486-2000. For leaks on your property, you are responsible for repairs — we recommend contacting a licensed plumber.
How do I report a water outage?
Call City Hall at (870) 486-2000 during business hours, or leave a message after hours. Emergency outages are addressed as quickly as possible.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes. Contact the Utilities office to have your bill drafted automatically each month.
